Become a Member

The Catholic Religious Self-Insured Retention Program (CRSIRP) is legally established as a trust. To participate, one must:

• Be approved by the Trust
• Be a Catholic religious congregation
• Be an incorporated legal entity
• Bring all the congregation’s insurance into the trust
• Be willing to remain a member of the Trust for at least three years for the sake of the stability of the Trust

CRSIRP membership is available, on application to the Trust, to any Catholic religious congregation in Canada. Once a congregation is accepted as a member, separate legally incorporated ministries of that congregation are also eligible for membership.
